What material are your jewellery pieces made from?

All Argentum IX pieces are crafted exclusively from 925 sterling silver. We do not use plated base metals or substitutes.

 

Will your jewellery tarnish over time?

925 Sterling silver naturally reacts to air and moisture, but each piece is finished with enhanced coating to help resist tarnish and maintain its brilliance for longer—especially with regular wear.

 

Can I wear it every day?

Yes. Our pieces are designed for everyday wear—not just occasions. They are made to move with you through daily activities including light exposure to water, sweat, and movement.

 

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. Our jewellery is crafted to be skin-safe and suitable for daily wear, even for those with sensitive skin.

 

Can I wear it in water or while exercising?

Our jewellery is designed for real life, including exposure to sweat and occasional water contact. However, to maintain its finish for as long as possible, we recommend removing it before prolonged exposure such as showering, swimming or harsh environments.

 

How do I care for my jewellery?

To maintain its shine:

• Store in a dry place
• Avoid harsh chemicals
• Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wear
• Regular wear also helps reduce tarnishing.

 

What if I have a concern about my jewellery?

We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and materials.

If you experience an issue that you believe may be related to a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us. We will review each case individually and, where appropriate, may offer an exchange or suitable resolution following assessment.

 

Is this real silver or just plated?

Our pieces are made only from 925 sterling silver—not costume jewellery or base metal with superficial plating.

 

Do you restock sold-out items?

How long does shipping take?

Upon order confirmation, items will be processed within 1–2 business days and dispatched the next business day. Delivery will be 2 days from the date of dispatch. Full details will be provided upon order confirmation.
