We aim to process and dispatch all orders promptly. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Delivery time:  2 working days after dispatch
  • Full shipping details will be provided at checkout

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed once your order is shipped. You can track your package online with the carrier (Singapore Post).

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

Contact us promptly if your package is lost or damaged.


Returns & Exchanges

Our Returns & Exchanges policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery.

If you receive an incorrect item or believe your jewellery has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@argentumix.sg piror for approval before sending any item back.

Please note:

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Jewellery may only be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
  • All returned items will undergo an inspection upon receipt before a refund, replacement, or exchange is processed.


Eligibility Requirement 

  • To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be:

    • Unworn and unused
    • In its original condition
    • Returned in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that:

  • Show signs of wear or use
  • Have been altered, resized, engraved, or modified
  • Have been damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper care
